Beth holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Master of Education (Ed.M.) in Counseling from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology, magna cum laude, at Grove City College.

She has presented and facilitated numerous job search and career development seminars to professionals and executives in a variety of career fields and industries. Her resumes have been featured in national publications including Best Resumes and CVs for International Jobs, by Ronald L. Krannich, Ph.D., and Wendy S. Enelow (published by Impact Publications in 2002), Best Resumes and Cover Letters for $100,000+ Jobs, by Wendy S. Since 1994, Beth worked collaboratively with a Buffalo-based career management firm on major outplacement projects in the Buffalo, New York area. Two of her most notable projects were with Westwood Squibb Pharmaceuticals and Tops Markets/Ahold USA. Beth has also secured independent contracts with area businesses to provide a full range of career transition services to employees affected by termination, downsizing, or corporate restructuring.

Her previous experience includes six years in career counseling and campus recruitment at the State University of New York at Buffalo, and four years in commercial lending and credit analysis at Chase Manhattan Bank and Marine Midland Bank (HSBC).
