Credentials
Carla
holds an MBA from the University of Hartford, and has completed
graduate-level certification in Human Resource Recruitment
and Industrial Relations at Southern New Hampshire University. She completed
her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Massachusetts at
Amherst.
As
a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), Carla is an
active member of Career Management Alliance (CMA) and the Professional
Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches (PARWCC). Carla
is also certified as a Federal Resume Writer, and is adept
at writing Federal resumes and KSAs, and guiding job seekers
in the Federal job application process.
Carla is a Reach Certified Personal Brand Strategist and is listed as a resource in the book, Career Distinction: Stand Out by Building your Brand, by William Arruda and Kirsten Dixson.
She
has an extensive background in the corporate, retail, legal,
and manufacturing sectors. As human resource manager and consultant
to Etonic/Tretorn/Puma, Carla was responsible for more than
1,200 employees. She also provided consultative human resource
services to organizations located throughout the New England
area.
Carla
is an exceptional public speaker and group facilitator, working
effectively with groups of up to fifty individuals. She is
active in community service, and has held leadership roles
with a variety of educational institutions and not-for-profit
organizations.
