Resume Posting

Resume posting is the process by which you make your resume available, electronically, to employers and recruiters by submitting your resume to their websites. Posting your resume on the web can lead to opportunities that may not be advertised through traditional means.

Inspire Careers recommends, and offers resume posting services on the top executive job search websites, including ExecuNet (www.ExecuNet.com), RiteSite (www.RiteSite.com), The Ladders (www.TheLadders.com), Blue Steps (www.BlueSteps.com), NetShare (www.NetShare.com), and others. Posting resumes and job alerts on these websites usually requries a subscription or membership fee with the website.  Posting services are priced using our hourly rate of $150/hr.

On RiteSite, we will post up to 4 “identity revealed” resumes and up to 3 “identity concealed” resumes, using a combination of your industry, functional, and salary preferences. We will also post up to 16 “Opportunity Alerts,” paying special attention to identification of your targeted industries, positions, and salary ranges. We'll do as many combinations as possible. Resume Distribution to Recruiters

Inspire Careers offers customized resume and cover letter distribution services to the top national retained executive recruiters using a database maintained by RiteSite (www.RiteSite.com). Use of this database requires membership with Rite Site. We will distribute your resume to this select group of executive recruiters by e-mail, fax, postal mail, and website posting, depending upon the recruiters' preferred method of receiving resumes.  Please ask us about pricing for this service.

We can also help individuals to use the resources at Kennedy Information (www.kennedyinfo.com) to distribute their resumes to retained and contingency recruiters using specific functional, industry, geographic targets.

Through our affiliate relationship with ResumeMachine (www.resumemachine.com), an automated e-mail resume and cover letter distribution service, we can help you to distribute your resume and targeted cover letter to decision makers at search firms nationwide, dependent upon your selection of a industry specialties, position specialties, geographic targets, and salary requirements.

Resume Distribution to Employers

Targeted direct mail is considered the only polite and practical way to reach to reach the decision-makers who might want to hire you. We can help you develop and execute a targeted direct marketing campaign to employers, using the best products and services available.

The Dunn & Bradstreet (D&B) Million Dollar Database of companies and senior executive contacts is available at most major public libraries free of charge. An online service is available at Zapdata.com (www.zapdata.com). You can work with either database to develop your prospect list, or we can help you to develop your prospect list, at a rate of $150/hour.
